About This Course
Compact hands-on course on the most common adult emergencies. You train cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of a defibrillator (AED), learn to recognize heart attack and stroke early, and respond confidently to unconsciousness, choking, anaphylaxis, seizures, and severe bleeding. For anyone who wants to help with confidence in an emergency, no medical background required.

Adult Emergencies – detailed information
The Adult Emergency Course from Simulation Tirol prepares you for the most common adult emergencies in just 2 hours. At our training center in Hall in Tirol near Innsbruck, you practice hands-on on realistic training manikins what saves lives in an emergency – no medical background required and accessible to everyone.
The focus is on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in adults and the confident use of a defibrillator (AED). You also learn to recognize unconsciousness and apply the recovery position, relieve a choking victim, and respond correctly to anaphylaxis, seizures, and severe bleeding.
A special emphasis is placed on recognizing heart attack and stroke early: every minute counts. With the FAST rule and clear action steps, you'll know when to call emergency services and how to bridge the time until the ambulance arrives.
The course is led by Dr. Daniel Pehböck, an anesthesiologist and emergency physician with years of experience in emergency medicine. In small groups, everyone practices until the techniques become second nature. You receive a certificate of participation at the end. The course fee of EUR 75 incl. VAT includes course materials, coffee, and parking.
Simulation Tirol is your provider for adult first aid and resuscitation in Tyrol – conveniently located for Innsbruck, Hall in Tirol, and the entire Inn Valley (A12 motorway, exit Hall West, or by train from Innsbruck in 10 minutes).
